Toole Properties 2001, Inc. Notice of Intent, 439, 449 and 461 Pittsfield Rd.,  Map 50/ Map 33/ Map 33-Lot 1/ Lot 1.1/ Lot 2.  Includes work that will alleviate the historic drainage/flooding problems experienced on the project property, specifically adjacent to the southwest corner of the Yankee Inn Building.  Continued from April 16, 2009, May 14, 2009.

Brett Kaminski of SK Design Group presented revised plans dated May 20, 2009.  He complied with the Commission’s request to no longer depict an isolated wetland and it is now shown as a contiguous wetland.   He noted that the drainage system inlet has been moved out of the wetland.

VA made a motion to accept the plan as revised and JS seconded the motion.  The Commission voted to approve 6-0.

Essencials Day Spa-NC advised the Commission that emails had been received from both Natural Heritage and DEP pertaining to test pits proposed behind Essencials Day Spa. Neither agency objected to the proposed test pits.

Fire Tower-NC advised that there will be an NOI forthcoming on Dunbar Road regarding work which has already been done on an access road to the old fire tower.  NC, DL, and DPW Superintendent Jeff Vincent met with representatives at the site today, May 21, 2009.

Minutes:  
        May 14, 2009-RFC made a motion to approve the minutes with a minor edit.  JS seconded the motion and the Commission approved 6-0.

RFC made a motion to adjourn the meeting and DF seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 6-0.
